Vocational Training
Companies are a reflection of the people who work there and so intellectual capital and ongoing training are obviously important as the only way of making companies more robust and competitive.
The IFB is a partner that endeavours to provide training that focuses on the profiles and skills needed for banking positions. It fosters the involvement and motivation of trainees so that contents can be taught and interaction can take place at their own pace and in their own time.
The IFB therefore offers training at three levels, depending on the profiles of the target population.
Basic training: new recruits
- Intermediate training: middle management
- Advanced training: specialists and senior management
